The Northwest Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) Council provides leadership and support for projects that strengthen communities across Northwest Alabama. Our goal is to encourage the responsible use of natural and human resources while promoting conservation, community improvement, and sustainable economic development.
By working with local partners, organizations, and community leaders, the Northwest Alabama RC&D Council helps develop and implement initiatives that improve opportunities and enhance the quality of life for residents throughout our region.
Northwest Alabama is a community-driven collaboration of many partners, the communication and hard work between all these pieces make it work.
